Long Hair Updos
Long hair is quite versatile and is always in fashion. If you have long hair, you can do a variety of hairstyles including boho waves, chic cut, curls, half dos or updos. However, when selecting a style, you must keep in mind the type and the length of the hair. Your hairstyle must suit your personality otherwise your entire appearance could be ruined. For long hair, updos are the best option. Long hair updos are a good style for parties as well as in everyday life. You need not worry about loose strands coming out of your head. The following updos will give you a stylish look in no time: The Long Clamp Bun The styles make use of a long hair clamp to make a variation of a classic bun. For this updo, use a long hair clamp to secure half of your hair. Twist all your hair and put it into a long ponytail. Wind the ponytail around the hair clamp to create a bun. Ensure that the hair clamp twist upright when you create a bun. Use long hair pins or bobby pins to tuck the ends of the hair under the bun. Chinese Braided Updo This is one of the classy braided updos made with the help of hair sticks. Make two simple braids half way up behind your head and make them as close as possible. Use a 6” or longer hair stick. Slide it through the two braids. Take the two braids and cross them under the stick and then cross them above the stick. Bring any extra length back under the stick and tuck the ends under it using a few hair pins. Weave the second stick in the hair through the top braid to the centre and back out the bottom braid. This will secure the hairstyle and give you a very elegant look. There are many more updos that you can try on your long hair. You can try the French loop twist or the crown of braids. Whatever style you choose, ensure that it frames your face well and gives you a complete look.
